Sumy "Nasosenergomash" is transferred to the management of NNEGC "Energoatom"

The National Agency for the Identification, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) transfers the Sumy Pumping and Power Engineering Plant "Nasosenergomash" and the Scientific Research and Project Design Institute of Atomic and Power Pump Construction to the management of JSC "NNEGC" Energoatom ".

As ARMA reports, the Agency has already held consultations with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and other central executive authorities regarding the beginning of the transfer of corporate rights and property of these two joint-stock companies to the state. An appropriate road map is currently being developed.
Currently, the actual owner and ultimate beneficiary of these enterprises is a citizen of the russian federation. The Ukrainian assets belonged to the russian HMS Group ("Hydromashservice").
Previously, the plant supplied the russian federation with equipment for the construction and repair of nuclear power plants. After a full-scale invasion, National Police investigators uncovered a scheme to supply Nasosenergomash products to russia to circumvent sanctions introduced after the start of the Great War. The management of the plant used the commercial structures under their control in Europe and Asia to disguise the supply of products to russia. Foreign companies purchased pumping equipment for their own needs, and then shipped it to the russian federation. "Therefore, as part of the criminal proceedings, the property of the plant was seized. Later, corporate rights and property of the plant were transferred to ARMA for management by a court order", the agency said.
"Nasosenergomash" JSC specializes in the development and production of pumping equipment for the oil and gas industry, energy, water management, agricultural sector and housing and communal services.
